Practice Owner
Dr. Olivia Moran, DDS is a Filipino dentist who has grown up in multiple countries including the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Singapore, and Canada. After completing her degree in Biology at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, she moved to the U.S. to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
Dr. Moran took a leap of faith and bought this practice in the middle of the COVID pandemic, and she hasn’t turned back since. Being a young female practice owner can be overwhelming at times, but her passion and commitment to dentistry and helping people keep her motivated to grow and run a successful practice.
Dr. Moran is dedicated to being a lifelong learner and strives to be the best dentist she can be. Her ultimate goal is to become the best and youngest cosmetic dentist, dedicating her practice to giving patients brand new smiles. She is gentle, detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to providing the highest quality dentistry possible.
She focuses on making patients feel comfortable, educating them about their oral health, and providing the best treatment options available. With her international upbringing, she loves developing strong, long-lasting relationships with patients of all backgrounds and cultures, hoping to make a positive influence in their lives.
Being a proud Filipino, Dr. Olivia Moran is also passionate about giving back to her home country. During her time in dental school, she started an annual successful dental outreach program to the Philippines. The program allows UoP students and faculty to spend a week of their summer providing free dental care in rural areas in the Philippines. Once she is settled into her career, she hopes to continue her outreach work in the Philippines. Since she decided she wanted to become a dentist, her ultimate goal has always been to improve the standards of oral health care in the Philippines.
In her free time, Dr. Olivia Moran is passionate about running, yoga, photography, and exploring the restaurant scene of San Francisco! When you come in to our practice, make sure to check out all her photography hanging up on the walls of all the different countries she lived in!

Dr. Olivia Moran was born in the Philippines and raised across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Singapore, and Canada before making San Francisco her home. She knew she wanted to become a dentist at just 12 years old and later earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. One year after graduating, she took a leap of faith and opened her practice during the height of the pandemic.
Since the beginning of her career, Dr. Moran focuses on cosmetic and comprehensive dentistry, including porcelain veneers, smile makeovers, and full-mouth rehabilitations. She has completed thousands of hours of continuing education to keep perfecting her craft and is known for her kindness toward each patient, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to create natural, beautiful smiles that feel personal to each person.
Her international upbringing shaped the way she connects with people, and building real relationships with her patients is one of the parts of dentistry she loves most.
