My patient is an art curator, so she has an incredible eye for detail — and she definitely noticed every little thing! We spent a lot of time refining the shape, length, and overall look until it felt right. The final result gave her a new smile that still felt like her old smile, just healthier, fuller, and more youthful.

This case may look straightforward, but it was a long journey. My patient first came in with pain on her front tooth and was also unhappy with the two front crowns she had done elsewhere. We found a large abscess and a failed root canal, so one of the teeth unfortunately had to be extracted. While the extraction and implant were healing, we used Invisalign to align her teeth, improve her bite, and get her smile in a better position. Once everything was healed, we finished with 1 implant crown, 1 crown, and 2 porcelain veneers to bring everything together. After a lot of patience, she finally got her smile back — and we are so happy for her!

A beautiful full mouth reconstruction using crowns and veneers to rebuild my patient's worn-down teeth, open his collapsed bite, close spaces, and give him a healthier, more youthful smile. Over time, his bite had collapsed, which made his front teeth hit too hard and caused them to chip, shorten, and create spaces where food would get stuck. The extra pressure also led to cracking and chipping on his back teeth. By treating the full mouth together, I was able to open his bite, rebuild proper tooth length, reduce pressure on his jaw and teeth, and create a stronger, more balanced smile that looks younger and functions better.
This was such a meaningful case. My patient had a terrible fall after unexpectedly having a seizure and broke several of his front teeth — right after we had finished his Invisalign treatment. After he recovered, we had to take it step by step: splinting the teeth, making sure everything healed properly, coordinating with the oral surgeon and endodontist, and giving everything time to settle. After about 6 months of healing, we were finally able to restore his smile with crowns and veneers. He is one of those patients who is always happy and always smiling, so being able to give him his smile back meant so much. He's healthy now, his teeth look amazing, and I'm so happy for him.
